August 5, 2020 Spirit Meat Devotional :- THE AUTOMATIC PROGRAMME OF GOD FOR A BLESSED LIFE – MARK 4:26-28

In the text for today, the Greek word for the statement “the earth yields crop by itself” is the word “automatos”. It is from this same word that we get the word “automatic”.
What God is saying in this passage is that when a man takes a seed and puts it into the ground, he starts an automatic programme. He does not need to worry again. The ground has a mechanism that God has put inside it that begins to work to make the seed grow. The only thing that would make that mechanism not to work is if no seed is planted inside the ground. Once you put a seed in the ground, the programme kicks into operation. First, the blade, then the ear and then the plant begins to grow.
Your success on the earth is supposed to be the outcome of an automatic programme – as automatic as the result from seeds planted in the ground. The question is this: what seeds are you supposed to put in the ground for your automatic programme to kick off? When the bird wakes up in the morning, it is just searching for where to connect to the automatic programme that God has set in place for the bird to eat. This is how things must be working out for you too.
When it comes to your interaction with life, there is an automatic process that God has built in it, and if you understand it and engage it in your life, it would produce the results that God wants it to produce.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, help me to consistently put the right seeds in place for my life to produce positive results in Jesus name.
