November 18, 2020 Spirit Meat Devotional : WISDOM FOR RECEIVING YOUR MANIFESTATION (2) – James 1:4-5, Genesis 17: 1-6, 15-16

Whenever you get to the zone of receiving, you will need wisdom. A lot of people missed it at this point. They followed all the faith steps up to the time of receiving, and just got involved in something foolish and cancelled everything. Wait for the Holy Spirit and let Him lead you. James said, “…But let patience have her perfect work.” The word ‘patience’ means consistency. It is your ability to handle the passage of time while God is dealing with the details; and in this process, God will be adding some things to you while you are waiting for the manifestation.
When Abraham got to the zone of receiving, God changed his name, saying, “It is time to receive now because you have been doing the work of faith”. Every step in the work of faith that you do, brings some operations of God into your life and moves you closer to your answer. You will need to cooperate with the Holy Spirit whenever you get to this point.
Wisdom can come through the Spirit of God inside you, from the anointing of God, or somebody’s experience around you. There are times we are dealing with a case that I call the pastors and doctors to ask them questions. Wisdom is profitable to direct, even in the things of the anointing. Sometimes, the Doctor says from all indications, there is a need for divine intervention. When they tell me that, we kick into operation. Always give room for wisdom!
PRAYER: Lord, help me to always connect with the wisdom of the Holy Spirit to receive my answers. Amen!
