The primary root that births every other repercussion is separation from God. In Num. 25, God said to “kill them!” That is how serious it is to allow yourself or your child to be joined to strange spirits; it brings death. How did they get joined to Baal Peor? It was through sex, food and attending meetings that were covenanted. Maybe there are many married women mixing with men that are not their husbands in your place of work, will you join them as a daughter of God? There was a brother in the church some years ago, his wife’s work made her travel with men and she stayed away for so long.

I told the brother that the setting was not right to me and he had to be directly involved. I told him that those men his wife travelled with were adulterers and he had to be careful. Hos. 4:17 says, “Ephraim is joined to idols, let him alone.” May God not leave you alone!

The secret of success is God with a man. In 2 Chr. 31 and 32, God made Hezekiah to succeed, but he didn’t know the secret of his success until the messengers of the prince of Babylon came. He was sick, recovered and messengers from Babylon came to felicitate with him on his recovery. God left him alone, and he started making mistakes. A man leaving God does not mean that he will fail, but when God leaves a man, he is gone! Jonah was running away from God and God chased him, but there are some people that have done things that have made God to say, “I leave you alone!” May God not leave you alone!

PRAYER: Father, I ask that You will keep me from doing anything that will make You leave me to myself in Jesus Name.
