Title: Jesus the only way
(Acts 4:10-12) Then know this , you and all the people of Isreal: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead , that this man stands before you healed. Jesus is the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name given among men by which we must be saved.
We all believe the word of God, which tells us that Christ was sent to the earth in the form of a man to redeem mankind from the wrath of God. We have millions of people on earth who are Christians today, going to church reading the Bible, but many believe that there are different ways to connect to God or go to heaven . What we believe is not the point but the point is which one is the right way to connect to God. The Bible makes it clear that it is only one way to get to God , the only way is through Jesus Christ. (Acts 4:12)
There are many people who are hungry for God, to go to the Kingdom of God, but when we are going through the wrong channels we will miss the road.
Adam and Eve disobeyed God and God was not happy with man , the relationship God had with man was disconnected, God sent His son to come and restore the relationship between us and God again , Jesus Christ came and died on the cross of Calvary for me and you. That is why God has given Him all the power to save and deliver us from the anger of God.
(Romans 3:23) For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. So If Christ has died to restore our relationship with God, if there is any other way to God it then means His death was in vain. No other man or woman has come to die for the world in the history, except that of Jesus. That is why the Bible says no other way to see God except through Jesus.
(John 3:16-18) For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already, because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only son.
It is imperative to go through the right way to meet God, the death of Jesus on the Calvary is not for history purposes , but to draw souls unto God for eternal life. You May be very busy going to church, observing all the ordinances of your religious beliefs, but doing it in a wrong direction. The Bible has all the GPS we need to get to God. When we are not following the principles of the word of God, it is like when we are not listening to the directions our GPS is giving to us , then we will end up missing the road.
Let us understand that it is only in Christ Jesus that we will find salvation by accepting Him as our Lord and savior, Salvation comes only through Him. Salvation doesn’t come by keeping the law, or being good or doing good works, but only though faith in Christ. (Romans 5:8) “But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Let us examine our ways today. Are you going through the right way to seek God for the salvation of your soul? The Bible says you must be born again or you will not inherit the kingdom of God. If we are not going through Jesus to see God there will be a shocking disappointment on the last day and I pray it will not be our portion in Jesus name . If you have not given your life to Jesus , please do that today for Jesus is coming soon. God bless you.
Prayers: please father thank you for giving me abundant life in Jesus. Help me Lord to follow you In Jesus in Jesus name. Send down your Angel to guide me through the right path in Jesus name. Help me to focus on the cross in Jesus name. Amen.
