October 18, 2020 Spirit Meat Devotional : Topic – THE DIVINE MAKING OF A DANIEL (2) – Daniel 2:10-19, 27-30

We will continue from where we stopped yesterday. Daniels are men that are not moved by things. They are not men that see an occultist and hail him/her. Anyone that does not respect God is not respected in their eyes; they don’t abuse them but they carry themselves with a sense of dignity.
Daniel told the king, “…Let your gift be to another” (Daniel 5:17). This call is not only for people in the full-time ministry. Daniel was not a pastor, but I don’t know any prophet whose accuracy in the prophetic was as sharp as that of Daniel. Joseph was not a full-time pastor, yet he told his children, “…Don’t bury my bones in Egypt. God will visit you, so carry my bones from here” (Genesis 50:25).
In Matthew 27:50-53, the Bible says, “… and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, and came out of the graves after his resurrection, …”. Joseph was one of them that day. By faith, he transported his bones hundreds of years ahead to where a prophetic event would happen. Those are members of the Daniel’s company.
They are men that see far and work with a 20-50 vision. They see tomorrow and they take decisions today based on that tomorrow. They are not men like Esau, with 50-20 vision, that sacrificed tomorrow for the sake of today. I believe everyone is God’s choice for a time. People may be deliberating about choosing you for a post or not; even without you fighting, people are fighting and voting for you, and it may be that your time is fast approaching. Don’t let them find fault with you.
PRAYER: Father, I choose Your choice for me. I ask that You will order my steps into training and sensitize me to it in Jesus name.
