December 27, 2020 Spirit Meat Devotional : Topic – WAYS BY WHICH PEOPLE JOIN THEMSELVES TO THINGS (4) – I Kings 17:8-16

My wife and I went to preach at a convention and a prophet was ministering there too. That man had a peculiar gift of the Spirit such that God shows him dreams of people – negative dreams, positive dreams, and very deep things.
After the meeting, we met at the office of the host, and we got talking. I was trying to understand the operation of the Holy Ghost in his life when my wife just tapped me and said, “I felt moved in my heart to give this man a copy of your teaching on The Minister’s Rest.” I answered in the affirmative and she went to the car and gave the tapes to him. The man received and acknowledged it.
That incident happened on a Saturday. On Sunday, as my wife was praying, the anointing of the Holy Ghost came upon her and she began to receive words exactly the way that prophet operated. She ran to me and told me what was happening. I prayed about it and the Lord said it was of Him. Then the Lord showed me graphically what happened when my wife gave the prophet a gift. When she gave the gift to that man and the man received it, a bridge was established between her gift and what was on that man and that gift flowed into her life. That is an example of a positive transfer.
You must be very careful with your gift because there can be negative transfer through gifts. Who do you receive things from and who do you give things to?
PRAYER: Lord, anywhere there is an entrance of pollution to my flow, let deliverance come in Jesus’ name
