December 15, 2020 Spirit Meat Devotional : Topic – HOW TO MAXIMIZE MARITAL JOINING I – Ecclesiastes 9:4, Ephesians 5:31

For you to have an effective joining in your marriage, first of all, you must be joined together as husband and wife. The husband is the head. As the head, the husband should lead his family spiritually. Don’t transfer spiritual responsibilities to your wife and think that you are ahead spiritually.
There is no joining until the man has left his father and his mother and cleaved unto his wife (Ephesians 5:31). For your marriage to be effective and productive, there must not be another relationship stronger than the one between you and your spouse. In fact, nobody else should be the head of the home other than the husband.
You must be joined to life. Ecclesiastes 9:4 says; “But for him who is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.” Some families are joined to ancestral death, but you must join to all the living because there will always be hope and escape for you if you do. You must always know what you are joined to. When we come to God and come into the Kingdom, there is a joining that brings powerful flows into our lives.
God wants you to be joined to the anointing in a new way. At different times, the anointing helps you to see the negative ancestral flows and experiences you do not see in your marriage. Don’t react against the revelations from the anointed. Don’t disconnect yourself from the anointing that God has joined you to.
PRAYER: Holy Spirit, reveal to me hidden things that have joined my life. Help me to be correctly joined to the right flows in marriage and build a stronger relationship with my spouse.
