December 25, 2020 Spirit Meat Devotional : Topic – WAYS BY WHICH PEOPLE JOIN THEMSELVES TO THINGS (2) – I Corinthians 6:15–20; 1 Timothy 5:22

Yesterday we started studying ways by which people join themselves to things, we will take it a step further today.
- In strange activities. Don’t be dull of perception as a child of God, ask questions on odd practices, ask people what that particular act or activity mean. Why should all of us walk in a particular way before we enter that room? Ask questions because your soul and your future are involved.
I pray for you that God will touch your eyes to see visions. God will share eyes and ears with you so you can see with the eyes of God and hear with the ears of God. May your heart beat with the heartbeat of God.
- In sex. The only way sex is safe is when it is between a man and his wife that God gave him.
- In agreements or contracts.
- In business. Don’t join yourself to men that God is angry at. The prophet told Jehoshaphat, “Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord?” (2 Chronicles 19:2).
- By laying on of hands. We also join ourselves to things through the ministry of laying on of hands. We must be careful who lays hands on us and we must be careful who we lay hands on. Let me explain that. Laying on of hands works in two ways: it can bring something to you, or it can make something flow to you.
PRAYER: Lord, whatever has joined itself to me through strange activities of the past, begin to leave my life now in Jesus name. Amen!
