December 7, 2020 Spirit Meat Devotional : Topic – ROLES OF THE MAN AND WOMAN IN MARRIAGE (5) – Ephesians 5:22-24

God called the woman to be a helper to the man because the man is the one that God has given an assignment to. That doesn’t reduce the woman, and every woman must understand this. Why would a woman impose her idea on her husband? That is simply going to open the home up or it is going to open a future explosion somewhere.
I have observed different kinds of homes, I have seen very wealthy people that have a child living like a vagabond or running mad. Where did these flows enter in? The parents go to church, but all kinds of strange things are still happening to them. This is because the wife wants to go one way, while the husband wants to go the other way.
I have seen families where the mother is in charge. Sometimes the man eventually packs out of the house and the girls are raised to be stronger than the boys in that home because every animosity that the woman has against the father is transferred to the boys, while the girls are raised to be in charge. That will only lead to a perpetuation of witchcraft. Witchcraft is not only somebody flying in the night; it is an illegal subversion of authority. No Christian woman should allow witchcraft in her home by illegally subverting her husband’s authority.
Witchcraft operation comes with intimidation, control, and manipulation. It is witchcraft anytime a woman is manipulating her husband to get her way. Your husband must be able to tell you ‘no’ if he feels something is not necessary and the wife should respond with love and cooperation, not manipulation.
PRAYER: I shut the door of my home to any witchcraft operation in Jesus’ name.
